WRY series hot oil pump is the second generation product developed on the basis of our factory's digestion and absorption of foreign oil pumps. The basic structure is a single-stage single-suction cantilever foot support structure. The inlet of the pump is axial suction, and the outlet is vertically upward. The motor is mounted on the base.
The support of the WRY series hot oil pump adopts the structure of double-end ball bearing support. The front end is lubricated with thermal oil and the rear end is lubricated with grease. Note: Because the front bearing is lubricated with thermal oil, the thermal oil used by the customer The kinematic viscosity at ℃ must be 10-15 centimeters (mm² / S). If it is lower than 10 centimeters (mm² / S), the company must be informed when purchasing a heat transfer oil pump.
The natural heat dissipation structure is adopted to change the traditional water cooling structure, so that the structure is simple, the volume is small, the running cost is low, the performance is good, and the use is reliable.
WRY series hot oil pump, (1) The combination of packing seal and mechanical seal is adopted. The packing seal adopts high temperature resistant packing, which has good thermal adaptability, while the mechanical seal adopts high mechanical strength and good wear resistance. The alloy material ensures the sealing performance under high temperature environment.
(2) The third generation of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE for short) is used as a lip seal, which has made a leap in sealing performance, which is 25 times more reliable than rubber seals and has extremely strong corrosion resistance.

A boot preparation
1. Check that the motor rotation is consistent with the pump rotation direction.
2. The inlet valve is fully opened, the outlet valve is closed, and the start valve is started. After the current is normal, the outlet valve gradually opens until it is fully open. Observe the current and pressure difference.
3. If it is originally hot oil, preheat the pump body, loosen the M16 screw on the bracket, tighten it after preheating, check the coaxiality of the coupling, then start, and the outlet valve opens.
4. If the new boiler, the initial operation of the pump, the heat transfer oil is heated to 100-130C. This is the dehydration temperature. Observe the pressure gauge of the furnace, whether the ammeter is swinging. Operating temperature.
5. During the start-up process, observe the power of the motor from time to time for noise and vibration. If there is any abnormality, stop and check, filter, clean, and clean until there is no debris.
6. Don't lose oil work, always observe the socket and the oil level. Add oil when the oil level is invisible.

Disassembly and assembly of the pump
1. Close the inlet and outlet valves of the pipeline. After the temperature of the pump body drops, unscrew the oil drain screw of the pump body and drain the heat-conducting oil.
2. Unscrew the motor fixing screw and remove the motor.
3. Unscrew the 12 M14 nuts and 2 M12 screws at the joint between the pump cover and the pump body, and pull out the pump cover bearing bracket and rotor part from the pump casing.
4. Unscrew the impeller nut and remove the impeller.
5.Unscrew the 6 M12 screws of the pump cover and the bearing seat, and remove the bearing seat
6. Remove the pump coupling and the end bearing cover, remove the pump shaft, and remove the nut and bearing. 7. The pump can be assembled in the reverse order of disassembly. When disassembling and reassembling, check the seals and components for failure. If any failure occurs, be sure to replace with new spare parts. Be careful when installing and do not knock to avoid damaging the parts.


Installation of the unit
1. Good or bad pump installation has a very important impact on the smooth operation and service life of the pump, so the installation work must be carried out carefully and must not be rushed.
2. The suction port and the discharge pipe should have pipe racks. The pump is not allowed to bear the load of the pipe.
3. The installation site should be wide enough to facilitate maintenance work and good heat dissipation.
4. When the pump cleans the inlet and outlet pipelines before the pump is turned on, press the filter at the inlet of the pump to prevent debris from entering the pump.
5. Before starting the pump, correct the coaxiality of the pump shaft and the motor. The deviation on the outer diameter of the coupling is allowed to be 0.1 mm. The gap between the planes of the two couplings should be 2-3 mm and the surrounding gap To ensure that the pump and motor are balanced and concentric, they must be flexible.
